Raving Reviews
Can not say enough about how.wonderful Leah Jensen was she helped me sell my home and than rent a place. When it was time to buy again I choose her services again. Wonderful experience under difficult conditions. 10 out of 10 for service.
It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Christian Malek of the Jensen Team regarding the recent purchase of my new townhome in Burlington. He was extremely patient and professional and made the whole experience very smooth. I would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking of purchasing or selling a home!
Mark Jensen listed and sold my home in Burlington quickly and efficiently.
I was impressed by his professionalism and the way he dealt with the offers, paperwork and communication.
If I ever had a question or a concern he was always available.
Mark and his team staged my house to give it maximum appeal and had a professional photographer bring out the highlights in my home. I felt he did a great job marketing my home that's why is sold so quickly and for over the asking price with multiple offers.
During this time, Mark also found my new and current dream home, which we purchased at a great price with the help of Mark!
If you are looking for a professional real estate agent to buy or sell your home with a personal touch I highly recommend Mark Jensen.
I'll be honest, I didn't know I was going to sell my house when I had a conversation with the Mark Jensen team.
I was looking into some properties to get an idea of what I might be looking for in this crazy market, when I clicked an advertisement on certain listings I received an email from Mark's team and got to talking about what I might be looking for in a new property.
I already had an agent chosen from a very highly used brokerage to list my home with, when I was speaking with Mark's team they convinced me to get a second opinion for the sale of my home, so I said why not. Mark came out for an in home evaluation and I was blown away by his professionalism and preparedness. By the time we were halfway through the evaluation I knew I was going to switch agents.
Once I knew I was going to list my home with Mark's team I knew I had to get the house ready for the market, Mark got me the contractors needed too finish the job in a timely manner, who also did amazing work at an unbeatable price might I add.
When it was time to list Mark did an outstanding job at keeping me in check, not letting me get too high or too low on what type of offer we might expect when we were deciding the listing price.
Within the first day on the market we had 20 viewings booked, and for the 5 days it was on the market we had a total of just under 80 viewings and a total of 9 offers. We ended up getting $90,000 over our asking price, which I don't think we would have done without his widespread marketing.
We started searching for a new home immediately, and I can admit I was difficult too deal with when it came too the type of property I was looking for and what my budget was, it was nearly impossible to think I would get exactly what I was looking for at price I was comfortable with. Mark spent multiple weekends driving many hours away from his home in Burlington all too view potential properties with no luck when finally we stumbled on a real possibility, we viewed the property which had many new updates with a great sized lot and could you believe Mark was able too secure me the property for $25,000 UNDER the asking price.
I truly don't think there is another agent who cares so much about his clients, and I don't know if it's possible to find another agent who can get you more money for your house and spend the right amount on your new one.
Thank you Mark Jensen team for a truly unforgettable experience!
